Better Left Unsaid

- the Book and Video Series

The Ask Me Where It Hurts Program is a comprehensive set of tools that assists the clinician and patient in the process of releasing emotional pain.

Designed for the clinician who seeks to work outside the framework of currently established psycho therapy and psychological constructs found in traditional western medical clinics, centers, and private practices, the Better Left Unsaid - the Book and Video Series quickly helps clinicians identify the symptoms of debilitation and provides tools within an empowerment process that directs patients toward a goal of wellness.

Each volume and video within the series guides the clinician and their patient toward identification of the core wound causing the fear and its manifested symptom (i.e., homelessness, poverty, prostitution, etc.) and brings to it an understanding so that recovery may commence.

LEARNING VIDEOS

This 2 minute docudrama, Shaken Not Stirred, explores the development of negative thinking and behavior when triggered by Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).

This particular video short is a reenactment of the beginnings of self mutilation.  It shows the progression of cause and effect leading to a negative behavior as a coping mechanism for living in an abusive environment.
